The Athlone Drug Awareness Group is delighted to inform you of an Art Competition that the group is offering to students in all secondary schools in the Athlone / Moate area.
Students are invited to design a poster which will be centered on the theme:
• Raising awareness in our community of the dangers of substance misuse.
Adjudication will focus on innovation, imagination, design and standard of work. Please note that the maximum size of poster allowed is an A3.
The competition is open to the following two categories, 1st Year to 3rd Year and Transition Year to 6th Year. Vouchers will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each category.
Closing date for the competition is the 27th January 2024
We hope this initiative would benefit the young people in your school through their participation and learning.
